NMB Bank's key objectives under the GESI plan include attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce, with a focus on building high-performing teams that reflect the diversity of society. As part of its Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) initiatives, NMB Bank has installed accessibility ramps in branches located in Maharajgunj, Thaiba, Naxal, Mahendra Chowk, Lubhu, and Birgunj, launched "Women Leadership" program all over the nation to cultivate female leadership. In order to encourage women entrepreneurs, the bank also offers special loan with customized features and additional benefits. Additionally, the bank has already launched women-led all women branch in each province of Nepal, and introduced province-centric products such as Sundar Sudurpaschim Bachat Khata, Karnali Bishesh Bachat Khata, Lumbini Bachat Khata, Mero Gandaki Bachat Khata, Apan NMB Bachat Khata and Pathibhara Bachat Khata tailored to the unique needs of each province.
