With an overwhelming response received to the Branch Decoration Campaign celebrating the winning of ‘Bank of the Year 2018’, we continue our celebration by expressing gratitude to the community through conducting CSR programs across the country.
In line with the same, Mahottari Branch conducted a CSR Program in its branch premises on 21st January 2019. In collaboration with Nepal Red Cross Society, a Blood donation campaign was conducted and dustbins were distributed to nearby institutions.
Mr. Rajesh Timsina, Head, State-2 shared that the program is just a small gesture from our bank to thank our community. Mrs. Shabnam Limbu Joshi, CBSO also added that the bank focuses on sustainability along with prosperity and thanked everyone for their continuous love and support. Honorable Mayor of Mahottari Gaupalika-2 Mr. Sunil Kumay Roy also shared his gratitude towards the bank for contributing towards a humble cause and assured to keep supporting such events in the future.
The program was a success with huge participation from the locals as we were able to collect 25 pints of blood and distribute 11 dustbins to local schools and health posts.
